This is a vegan menu with 50%  organic ingredients  and with out onion and garlic.

Make your own sprouts from whole beans and add fruits and vegetables of your choice.
Sprout  salad is a very colorful  refreshing and healthy dish. Moong is a good source of protein and calcium. This salad can also be served as a light lunch.
